CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our swimwear is hand made to the highest standards of quality and if cared for properly, will extend quality and us. These products are similar to fine garments and therefore, require care to preserve their exquisite appearance. Please follow these swimwear care instructions.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Swimwear must be hand wash in cold water with a mild soap.
Squeeze and rinse thoroughly.
Drip dry our of direct sunlight, never put in dryer.
Avoid rough surfaces as it can snag your swimsuit.
Spas and heated pool chemicals can bleach the color of fabric.


RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns, exchange only policy. A Return Authorization form is needed for every return. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item (s) you are returning. Please indicate what would like to exchange for another size, color or item. Swimwear items are exchangeable only within 14 days. (DATE POST MARKED)

We will gladly accept any unused swimwear items in their original condition, All tags and liners MUST still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. There will be absolutely no exchanges for items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date.
Sale items and custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately.

SHIPPING

For security reasons, Lila Nikole online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Most in-stock items are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, and will arrive in 4 – 6 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We don’t ship on Sundays. Overnight and second day shipping methods through UPS or DHL.

EXPEDITED SHIPMENT

You can contact one of our representatives at Sales@LilaNikole.com between 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time. The cost of the expedited shipping method will be added and order will also be processed on the phone. We are not responsible for late packages due to UPS and United States Postal Service. We can’t guarantee their delivery methods. You will need to take you claims up with the delivery company.

NEXT DAY SERVICE

Receive your order the next business day if your order is placed before 1PM EST Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped UPS Ground. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

2ND DAY SERVICE

Receive your order in two business days after shipment if your order is placed before 1 PM EST Monday through Friday. 2 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please call one of our associates to assist you with this purchase and to get shipment cost.

OUT OF STOCK

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices.
