Our swimwear is hand made to the highest standards of quality and if cared for properly, will extend quality and use. These products are similar to fine garments and therefore, require care to preserve their exquisite appearance. Please follow these swimwear care instructions.

Wash Instructions

Swimwear must be hand wash in cold water with a mild soap.
Squeeze and rinse thoroughly.
Drip dry our of direct sunlight, never put in dryer.
Avoid rough surfaces as it can snag your swimsuit.
Spas and heated pool chemicals can bleach the color of fabric.

Our trained designers will help you to customize your swim suit exactly the way you want. The amount of swim suit will not cost more than the advertised price unless the item has upgrades in accessories, detailing or fabric. Custom orders generally take 1 to 4 business days. We will not copy other swimsuits and reproduce under Lila Nikole Collection label.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately.

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you with alternate choices.

For security reasons, Lila Nikole online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, and will arrive in 4 – 6 business days. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your items individually. We are not responsible for late packages due to UPS and United States Postal Service. We can not guarantee their delivery methods.

We also offer Next Day, 2 day and International shipping. Orders must be placed before 1PM EST Monday through Friday. These items will ship as soon as the payment has cleared. International orders please contact us at Info@LilaNikole.com with your full address to get a shipping price.
