Jade Cole
Jade Cole (born June 19, 1979) is an American fashion model. She
was a contestant on Cycle 6 of the UPN reality television series
America's Next Top Model. Jade is from Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, but now divides her time between New York City and
Los Angeles.
Cole had worked as a model before entering the competition. She
has done fashion shows worldwide for Marc Ecko, Oleg Cassini,
Jay Z's Rocawear, Xuly Bet in Paris along with many others. She
has also appeared in magazines such as: Stuff, Fader, Elle Girl,
Trace, Arena, Black Men, She Caribbean, Intouch, Brides Noir and
Vibe among others. She also appeared in the music video "Change
Clothes" by Jay-Z and Pharrell Williams with special guest Naomi
Campbell. Cole is noted for her powerful presence and runway
walk and has traveled to many countries and Caribbean islands
making a name for herself as an International Supermodel.
Jade became a household name in the 6th season of the hit TV
show, America's Next Top Model and was known for her
controversial, funny and energetic personality. From making up
her own calculated vocabulary, to her bohemian style of dress
accented with head wraps and beads, Ms. Cole is carving out her
space in the world of fashion. Her broad personality covering
many different dimensions along with her opinionated ways made a
lot of viewers love to hate and hate to love her, but Jade is
Jade and nobody can take that away. |
